Andrea Bixler

Andrea Lynn Bixler, 59, of Spencer, passed away at home on Friday evening, September 4, 2026. Born in Indianapolis on June 19, 1967, Andrea was the daughter of Hal D. Job and Sandra (Whitaker) Raisor.
